What is Parc Erom?
Parc Erom is a fictitious company designed by Joanne Lemmex to encourage online discussion, debate and learning about interpersonal interactions in the workplace.
The objective of this social experiment is to present scenarios that elicit reactions - and capture those, analyze them and start to identify trends and best practices. The goal is to improve interactions and wellbeing by helping employees and leaders see how others may feel and/or react in certain situations.
Where do the scenarios come from?
The scenarios presented come from many sources - including, Joanne’s personal experiences and those of her clients.
The hope is to start developing scenario’s using situations facing members of the Parc Erom community.
If you have a situation you would like depicted in future scenarios, please send the idea to info@coach-jo.ca.
How can I participate in discussions?
Joanne will create a simple scenario and upload it to her social media feeds. Followers can identify:
If they have encountered a similar situation?
Which character they identify with the most?
How they felt (or would feel) during the situation/exchange?
How they reacted/and or should have reacted:?
Joanne will review and analyze the comments - then post common themes and best practice advice.
